Fordel International provides home tuition in Islamabad, Lahore & Rawalpindi (area/slot dependent) and Home tutoring for broader coverage. Tutor assignment depends on subject, grade, curriculum, timing, and availability.

• Home: video sessions + homework + digital notes (where applicable).
• Home: confirmed schedule and location with agreed session timing.
• Subjects/Grades: primary to higher secondary; selected entry-test and skill support.

2) Trial / Demo Class (Optional)

Parents may request a demo session to confirm teaching style and student comfort. After finalizing the tutor, a routine and learning plan is agreed.

• Demo focuses on clarity, student engagement, and baseline assessment.
• If fit issue arises early, we try to adjust or recommend an alternative tutor (availability dependent).

3) Parent & Student Responsibilities

Consistency is key. Students must attend on time and follow the study plan; parents help maintain routine and share feedback for improvements.

• Homework completion and honest feedback to tutor.
• Respectful communication and appropriate session environment.

4) Tutor Professional Standards

Tutors are expected to maintain punctuality, respectful behavior, structured lessons, and outcome-focused teaching. Any misconduct reports are handled seriously.

• Lesson structure: objective → practice → corrections → next steps.
• No inappropriate communication; official channels recommended.

5) Payments & Session Counting

Fees depend on grade, subject, tutor profile, and session format. Packages must be followed as agreed to ensure schedule and tutor availability.

• Payments should be made as per agreed schedule to avoid disruptions.
• Late payments may pause sessions until cleared.
• Home tuition scheduling may include travel constraints (area/time dependent).

6) Replacement / Issue Resolution

If tutor fit becomes an issue, we prefer fixing with feedback first; if required, replacement is considered based on availability and subject match.
